Erin Douglass

Erin Douglass is an experienced professional in employee experience and talent management, currently serving as Employee Experience Manager and Employee Experience & Engagement Lead at RACV since April 2019. In this role, Erin facilitates employee engagement initiatives and oversees various employee-related projects. Previously, Erin held key positions at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre, including Manager Talent Management and Learning and Development Manager, where strategic alignment with organizational goals was prioritized. Earlier experience includes roles as a Trainer/Facilitator at Box Hill Institute and Functions Manager at the University of Melbourne. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Monash University, along with coaching certifications from Monash Business School and Open Door Coaching Group.
