Mat Coolahan has extensive experience in leading digital engineering, operations, and software engineering initiatives at companies like RACV and InnerworX. As the Head of Digital Operations and Software Engineering at RACV, Mat is responsible for various aspects such as DevOps, quality and testing practices, and change management. Additionally, Mat is the Co-Founder of InnerworX and hosts 'The Leadership Project' podcast, focused on sharing the stories and insights of successful leaders.
