Daniella Ilan

Daniella Ilan has served as Vice President of Human Resources at RAD since 1994.

Before joining RAD she served as a lieutenant colonel in the intelligence corps of the Israel Defense Forces (IDF).

With more than 25 years of leadership experience in human resource management, Ms. Ilan today oversees all of RAD’s recruitment, training and organizational development, recreation, compensation, and benefits. In addition, she provides human resources support to a number of start-ups that are members of the RAD Group of companies.

Ms. Ilan graduated from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology cum laude with a B.Sc. in sciences. She also holds an MBA from Tel-Aviv University with a specialization in organizational behavior.
