Jacob Kearns

Jacob Kearns has extensive experience in quality assurance and retail management. Currently serving as the Regional Quality Assurance Lead at Rad Power Bikes since October 2019, Jacob previously held the position of Solutions Specialist at Verizon Wireless, where key contributions included developing merchandising and operational standards and training managers in operational procedures. Prior experience includes serving as Store Manager at Performance Bicycles, where Jacob played a crucial role in establishing new locations and enhancing operational efficiency, and as a Department Pro Staff member at GI Joes, focusing on merchandising and customer service. Jacob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Statistics from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Western Governors University.
