Jenny Wang, MBA, CSCP has extensive work experience in supply chain management and global sourcing. Jenny is currently serving as the Senior Manager of Global Production and Costing at Rad Power Bikes, the largest e-bike company in the U.S. Prior to this, Jenny worked as the Senior Category Manager of Global Sourcing at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2019 to 2020.

In 2017, Jenny temporarily relocated to Taiwan to care for a family member and during this time, they also took certification courses in Project Management and Procurement Professional.

From 2016 to 2017, Jenny served as the Director of Supply Chain Operations at Hardy Process Solutions, where they successfully improved overall supply chain operations performance and implemented a Kanban and Consignment Inventory program. Before that, they worked as a Strategic Sourcing Manager at Innovive, Inc. in 2016.

Jenny's career also includes working as a Senior Commodity Manager of Global Sourcing at Philips Healthcare from 2008 to 2016, where they drove improvements in strategic sourcing, cost savings, supplier management, and procurement initiatives. Prior to that, they were a Supply Chain Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific from 2005 to 2008, where they led global cross-functional teams and established a professional purchasing/planning organization.

Jenny's earlier experiences include working as a Commodity Manager at Callaway Golf from 2004 to 2005, where they executed global sourcing strategies, and as a Materials Manager at Interplex OCP from 1998 to 2003, where they were responsible for purchasing, materials management, production planning, and warehouse operations.

Jenny Wang holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in General Management from Avila University. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from Tamkang University. Additionally, they obtained a Professional Certificate in Competitive Manufacturing from UC San Diego. Jenny has also received several certifications, including Change Leadership from LinkedIn in December 2020 and Cert Prep: PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from LinkedIn in March 2019. Jenny is also a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) accredited by APICS. Furthermore, Jenny holds a Management Essentials Certificate from the San Diego Employers Association.
