Battery Systems Engineer at Rad Power Bikes

Karl Gramespacher began their work experience in 2008 as a Research Associate at the Naval Postgraduate School Space Robotics Lab (SRL) and worked in that role until September 2009. Following that, in 2009, they served as a Product Development Intern at SolidProfessor until January 2010. In 2011, Karl joined Flux Power as a Test Engineer from October 2011 to July 2012. Karl then took on the role of Lead Applications and Systems Engineer at Flux Power from July 2012 to December 2018. From December 2018 to August 2019, Karl worked as the Principal Engineer, Battery Systems at Flux Power. After leaving Flux Power, they became a CoFounder/Design Engineer at WaWiCo from August 2019 to April 2021. Currently, Karl is employed at Rad Power Bikes as a Battery Systems Engineer, starting in April 2021 and continuing to the present.

Karl Gramespacher began their education in 2006 at UC San Diego, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Karl successfully completed their bachelor's program in 2011. In 2007-2008, Karl participated in an immersion semester abroad program at Technische Universität Berlin, focusing on Energy Engineering. After gaining practical experience in the field, Karl furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Southern California from 2017 to 2019.
