Lindy Metz

Lindy Metz has extensive work experience in various roles related to human resources, learning and development, and recruitment.

From December 2020 to the present, Lindy has been working at Rad Power Bikes, initially as a Learning and Development Manager and then promoted to Senior People & Culture Manager.

Prior to joining Rad Power Bikes, Lindy worked at Shorelight Education from March 2015 to November 2020. During this time, they held the positions of Senior Manager, Global Recruitment Training, and later Associate Director, Product Training.

Before Shorelight Education, Lindy was employed at INTO University Partnerships starting in November 2013 until February 2015. There, they served as a Start-up Marketing and Recruitment Manager.

Lindy'searliest work experience was at INTO Oregon State University, where they worked as an International Marketing and Engagement Coordinator from June 2009 to October 2013.

Lindy Metz obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Botany/Plant Biology from Oregon State University, where they attended from 2001 to 2004. Prior to that, from 2000 to 2001, they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Horticultural Science from Linn-Benton Community College. In addition to their formal education, Lindy received a Training Design, Delivery, and Facilitation for Engagement Certificate from Training Magazine in January 2017.
