Marina Harnik

Marina Harnik has a diverse work experience in the creative industry. Marina is currently working as the Creative Director at Rad Power Bikes since 2022. Previously, they worked at Zulily as a Creative Director, Retail from 2016 to 2022. In this role, they set strategic goals, led integrated campaigns, and managed a team of 20+ creatives. Before that, Marina served as the Creative Director, Studio at Zulily from 2018 to 2020, where they led a team of 250+ creatives and implemented branded style guides. Prior to Zulily, Marina held the position of Art Director, Special Events Team at Zulily from 2016 to 2018, where they led global campaigns and partnered with renowned brands. Marina's earlier experience includes roles at Hearst Magazines, where they served as the Photo Director at Good Housekeeping Magazine from 2014 to 2015, responsible for all visual content. Marina previously worked as a Photo Editor at Good Housekeeping Magazine and as an Associate Photo Editor at Country Living Magazine. Marina's career in the creative industry began as a Photo Assistant at O, The Oprah Magazine.

Marina Harnik has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Williams College, where they pursued a double major in Studio Art and History. Marina achieved the Dean's List during their time at the college. Before attending Williams College, they attended Greenwich High School for their senior year, where they had a GPA of 4.2. Additionally, Marina Harnik attended James Allen's Girls' School where they performed exceptionally well, earning A's in their AS Levels for Art (with a perfect score), History, English, Mathematics, and Japanese.
