Stacey S. has a extensive work experience in engineering and management roles in the automotive industry. Stacey currently holds the position of Vice President of Engineering at Rad Power Bikes. Prior to this, Stacey worked at Polaris Industries, where they served as the Sr. Engineering Director for Systems and Design Off-Road Vehicles, managing a global team of engineers. Stacey also held the positions of Director of Engineering for the Work & Transport business unit, Director of Engineering and Product Management, Engineering Director for Specialty Vehicles/EMEA, and Engineering Director for Swissauto Powersports and Victory Motorcycles. Stacey's expertise includes leading product development, technology and innovation, acquisition strategy, and establishing engineering teams for new businesses and acquisitions. Stacey has also been responsible for developing long-range platform and technology plans and improving vehicle quality and margins. Before Polaris Industries, Stacey worked as an Engineering Project Manager at Textron Specialized Vehicles and as an Engineering Manager at Goodman Equipment Corp.
