Sweta Sarkar has over a decade of experience in customer care and marketing roles. Currently serving as a Process Associate at RAD365 since October 2017, Sweta previously worked as an Email Marketing Manager at Century Digitech from July 2016 to September 2017, where responsibilities included conducting market research and identifying prospective clients. Prior to that role, Sweta was a Customer Care Executive at Pace Setters Business Solutions Pvt Ltd from July 2014 to June 2016, resolving complex escalated cases through Salesforce CRM. Sweta began a career in customer care at Serco BPO Services from May 2012 to April 2013. Sweta holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy from Barsat Govt College, obtained between 2008 and 2011.
