Ian Nadeau

Vice President, Sales Enablement – North America at Radancy

Ian Nadeau has extensive work experience in various roles within the marketing and sales industry. Ian is currently working as the Vice President of Sales Enablement for North America at Radancy, where they are responsible for initiatives that support building new business pipeline and closing revenue. Ian also serves as the primary liaison between Sales and Product, and designs comprehensive demand generation strategies.

Prior to their current role, Ian worked as the VP of Digital Strategy for the New Business Development division at Radancy and TMP Worldwide. In this position, they provided subject matter expertise for large pitches, developed content for the sales team, and built case studies and compelling content in partnership with Marketing. Ian also led complex client prospect presentations and prescribed solutions based on each company's talent acquisition needs.

Before their time at Radancy and TMP Worldwide, Ian held several other positions, including Regional Vice President for the Boston & Philadelphia regions at TMP Worldwide, Digital Marketing Strategist, and Account Director. Ian also has experience in traditional recruitment marketing as the Account Director and New Business Development Director at Success Communications Group.

Ian began their career as a Staff Reporter/Photographer at Atlantic News Publications. Overall, Ian Nadeau has a diverse background in marketing, sales enablement, and recruitment marketing, with a focus on driving innovation and delivering excellence for clients.

Ian Nadeau completed their high school education at Londonderry High School from 1992 to 1997, earning a High School diploma. Ian then pursued higher education at Stonehill College from 1998 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications.
