Lj Reinders

LJ Reinders has a range of experience in project management and teaching. They started their career as a Student Teacher at Commerce High School, where they introduced modern music as a form of poetry to help students understand American Literature concepts. They then transitioned to the role of Product Support Specialist at TMP Worldwide and later became a Senior Product Support Specialist, where they focused on project cohesiveness, customer process organization, and software training. LJ then moved into the role of Digital Project Manager at TMP Worldwide, responsible for managing and delivering digital projects. LJ joined Radancy as a Digital Project Manager in 2021 and was later promoted to Senior Digital Project Manager, handling more complex projects and serving as an advisor to associate-level project managers. They then joined MERGE as a Digital Project Manager, where they ensured on-time delivery of website-related projects and managed project budgets. LJ is currently working as a Delivery Team Lead at Radancy.

LJ Reinders obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Literature from Oglethorpe University, graduating in the year 2012.
