Mandy Personette is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client strategy and recruitment management. Currently serving as Director Client Strategy and previously as Account Director at Radancy since January 2021, Mandy has been pivotal in addressing critical recruitment challenges through innovative technology solutions. Prior experience includes an Account Director role at TMP Worldwide and Operations Manager at Randstad Sourceright, where significant hiring ramp successes and high fill rates were achieved. Additionally, Mandy has held various recruitment and leadership positions at Spherion and Lodgian, Inc., demonstrating a strong background in human resources and candidate management.
