Michael Hayes

Michael Hayes is a seasoned professional in the field of Human Resources and People Operations, currently serving as a People Operations Specialist at Radancy since April 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Administrator at Radancy and an internship in Human Resources at The Masters School during the summer of 2021. Additionally, Michael held the position of Social Media Manager at MUD Magazine from January to May 2021 and worked as a Lifeguard at Haverstraw Marina Corp from May 2018 to September 2019. Michael holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a minor in Human Resource Management from Sacred Heart University, completed in 2021, and is an alumnus of Albertus Magnus High School, graduating in 2018.
