Jocelyn Clarke

Jocelyn Clarke has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Starting in 1997, they worked at Deloitte as an Auditor and later became an Audit Manager. In 2002, they joined Cross Border Ltd, initially as a Financial Controller, and eventually progressed to the roles of Finance Director and CFO.

In 2014, Jocelyn founded The Au Pair Agency Limited, providing a high-quality service to families and au pairs. Jocelyn then held the positions of CFO and Finance Director at Transversal, leading provider of knowledge management solutions, where they focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

From 2015 to 2022, Jocelyn served as the Portfolio CFO/Finance Director at Your Business Squared, providing part-time financial expertise to SMEs. Jocelyn also held the role of Finance Director at Optimal Technologies, a company specializing in ultrasonic cleaning and coating systems.

More recently, Jocelyn has taken on Non-Executive Director positions at Radar Healthcare, VeryPC, and WooWoo. Their expertise as a Chief Financial Officer and Finance Director has been utilized across various organizations, demonstrating their strong financial management skills and ability to adapt to different industries.

Jocelyn Clarke obtained a 2:1 degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from the University of Oxford, during the years 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they attended St Pauls Primary School from 1980 to 1986. Additionally, Jocelyn obtained an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in November 2016.
