Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson has extensive work experience in various roles within the transportation and technology industries. Paul started their career in 1985 as an Electrical Engineer at Johnson Electrical Contracting. Paul then worked as a Test and Commissioning Engineer at Traffic Engineering Support Services from 1995 to 1999, and later at Peek Traffic as part of the Test and Commissioning Department from 1999 to 2003.

In 2003, Johnson joined ACIS as an Area Manager, overseeing operations in a specific region. Paul was promoted to the role of Head of Operations in 2007, responsible for a workforce of 120 employees and support staff. Paul managed 6 regional managers and led a technical services team. Johnson continued in this role until 2010.

Johnson then moved to Vix Technology in 2010 as the Head of Operations for VIX ERG fare collection systems and VIX ACIS ITS providers. Paul was in charge of all operations and the delivery of complex software and hardware solutions to the transport industry across various sectors. Johnson held this position until 2011 when they joined Tracsis plc as the General Manager for Compass. In this role, they had top and bottom line responsibility for Compass, delivering business solutions and software systems to the rail and transport industries in the UK and internationally. Paul remained with Tracsis plc until 2013.

Finally, in 2013, Johnson became the CEO of Radar Healthcare, where they currently hold the position. Overall, Johnson's career has been focused on operations management, software/hardware solutions, and delivering business solutions to the transportation industry.

Paul Johnson attended York College from 1985 to 1987, where they studied Electrical Engineering.
