Kevin Marusiak is the Co-Founder and Managing Principal at Radar Net Lease, bringing their expertise in NNN capital platform focusing on construction loans, bridge loans, JV equity, and value-add acquisitions. Prior to this, Kevin worked as a Lending Consultant and Manager of Private Lending at Puritan Life Insurance Company of America (PLICA), as a Credit Analyst at STORE Capital, and as a Financial Analyst at Versant Capital Management, Inc. Kevin holds a degree in Finance from The University of Kansas.
