Sierra Evans has extensive experience in customer success, implementation, and product support. With a background in cultural anthropology, Sierra has held key roles in companies such as RadarFirst and Symplicity Corporation. At RadarFirst, Sierra currently serves as the Director of Customer Success. Prior to that, Sierra was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Symplicity Corporation, where Sierra guided the Customer Success team in various functions. Sierra's experience also includes roles as an Implementation Manager at both Symplicity Corporation and the University of the Pacific - McGeorge School of Law.
