Bart Voorn

Bart Voorn serves as an Assistant Professor at Nijmegen School of Management since February 2016, where responsibilities include acting as the Contact Point for Statistics for Students, mentoring first-year students, and conducting PhD research focused on the efficiency, effectiveness, and corporate governance of Dutch municipally owned corporations. From December 2017 to January 2020, Bart held the position of President of the PhD Council at the Faculty of Management and was a Board Member of the Think Tank Good Governance for the Province of Gelderland from September 2016 to July 2018, providing strategic advice on provincial policy alongside a diverse group of experts. Bart's educational background includes a Post-Graduate course in Statistics from the University of Cambridge and multiple degrees, including a Master of Science in Economics and Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, respectively, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Amsterdam University College.
