Foeke Nauta

Foeke Nauta is an experienced cardiothoracic surgeon currently working at Radboudumc since January 2024. Previous roles include resident cardiothoracic surgeon positions at Amsterdam UMC from January 2023 to March 2024 and at Catharina Ziekenhuis from January 2022 to January 2023. Nauta also completed a residency at Amsterdam UMC between December 2017 and February 2022. Prior experience includes serving as a PhD research fellow in cardiothoracic surgery at the University of Michigan Health System and Policlinico San Donato, as well as a research intern focused on minimally invasive heart valve surgery at Harvard Medical School. Nauta holds a Master of Science in Medicine from the University of Amsterdam and completed secondary education at Erasmiaans Gymnasium Rotterdam.
