Nienke Wiersma

Nienke Wiersma is an experienced mediator and educator with a diverse professional background in conflict resolution. Currently a partner and MfN-registermediator at BBKWmediation since September 2015, Wiersma also serves as a mediator within the judicial referral system in the Netherlands, working with institutions such as the Rechtbank Gelderland and the Gerechtshof Arnhem-Leeuwarden. As a guest lecturer at Radboud University Nijmegen and Radboudumc, Wiersma specializes in mediation and conflict management training. Wiersma’s past roles include training and assessment positions at ICM Opleidingen & Trainingen and editorial work with Wolters Kluwer International Group. With foundational education in law from the University of Amsterdam and credentials in Alternative Dispute Resolution, Wiersma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the field of mediation.
