Yossi Bar-Yosef

Yossi Bar-Yosef has a diverse range of experience in data science and algorithm development. Yossi currently holds the position of Head of Data Science at RADCOM. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Research Scientist at Continual from July 2020 to May 2023. Before that, Yossi served as a Senior machine learning expert at Toga Networks from December 2018 to July 2020. Yossi also worked at Continual (formerly CellMining) as a Senior Algorithm Engineer from January 2016 to July 2020. Yossi's previous experience includes roles as a Content Analysis Researcher at NICE Systems from May 2010 to January 2016, an Algorithms developer at ECB from 2001 to 2010, a DSP engineer at ISD from January 2000 to January 2001, and an Electronic System Engineer at IDF from 1993 to 2000. Yossi has expertise in areas such as self-optimized networks, connected car analytics, speech and voice recognition algorithms, natural language processing, data analytics, GEO location algorithms, and DSP optimization.

Yossi Bar-Yosef obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University between 2007 and 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Electronic Systems from the same university from 1998 to 2002. Yossi'sundergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electronics, was also earned from Tel Aviv University between 1989 and 1993. Before entering university, Yossi attended Handesaim High School from 1985 to 1989.
