Issam Abaelgarch

Issam ABAELGARCH has a diverse work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Issam started their career as an intern at Sté Générale des Travaux where they assisted the Project Manager in the construction of Marrakesh Menara International Airport Terminal 2. Issam then interned at Sté Générale de Constructions Mâalej et Cie-(Tunis) where they gained experience as a Construction Engineer.

Issam then joined SEFIANI SARL as a Site Engineer where they worked on a project to reinforce the old highway linking Rabat to Khemissat. Issam was responsible for planning and implementing the pavement change and treatment using hydraulic binders.

Next, they joined valeur-sud as a Site Engineer and worked on the Earthwork and Platform Stabilization project for OUARZAZATE NOOR III. Their responsibilities included weeding, earthworks, and construction of rainwater infiltration channels.

Issam then worked as a Site Engineer at YORATECH-ENPR, where they were involved in maintaining the highway linking Rabat to Oujda. Their tasks included maintenance works on drainage structures, restoration of road safety systems, and continuous survey of roadway conditions.

Currently, Issam is working at RADEEMA as the Head of Sewage Works Departments. Issam is responsible for implementing development projects of the sewerage network in the city of Marrakech in line with the national sanitation program.

Throughout their career, Issam has gained experience in project management, analysis of project scope, and adherence to contractual stipulations. Issam has also developed skills in earthworks, pavement treatment, and drainage systems.

Issam ABAELGARCH obtained their State Engineer Diploma in Management of Construction Sites from Université libre de Tunis. Issam pursued their education at the university from 2009 to 2014.
