Kimberly Dulaney

Kimberly Dulaney, CPSM, currently serves as the Executive Director of Strategic Sourcing at Radford University, a position held since July 2019. Prior to this role, Kimberly was the Assistant Director and Contracts Manager at Virginia Tech from June 2010 to July 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing campus contracts and negotiating substantial term contracts while educating departments on public procurement processes. Additionally, Kimberly held the position of Director of Procurement at the University of Indianapolis from December 2000 to June 2010, where a Procurement Department was established and procurement functions were directed to optimize cost, quality, and timeliness. Kimberly holds a degree in Liberal Studies with concentrations in Business and Psychology from the University of Indianapolis, earned between 2003 and 2006.
