Carter Kolbeck

Carter Kolbeck is currently the Data Science Lead at Radformation, a position held since April 2024, following the acquisition of Limbus AI, where Carter served as Co-Founder and Director of Machine Learning from October 2018 to April 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Research Engineer at Thomson Reuters from October 2016 to October 2018 and as a Data Scientist at Rubicon Project from May 2014 to October 2016. Carter's early career involved various engineering co-op positions, including significant contributions to projects at the National Research Council Canada, the Department of National Defense Canada, TRIUMF, and General Motors. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Systems Design Engineering from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Systems Engineering from the University of Regina, with earlier research experience in mathematical modeling and neural networks during the Master’s program at the University of Waterloo.
