Charles Curle, MSc., DABR has extensive work experience in the fields of medical physics and product management. Charles most recently worked at Radformation, starting in December 2021 as a Technical Support Physicist and later transitioning to the role of Product Manager in May 2022. Prior to this, Charles worked at Duke University Health System for over two decades, serving as the Clinical Director of Medical Physics for the Duke Cancer Centers of Wake County from March 2000 to November 2021. Charles also held the position of Staff Physicist at Duke University Medical Center from July 2001 to June 2014. Charles gained experience outside of the medical field as an Advanced Product Engineer at Nike in June 1998.
Charles Curle, MSc., DABR has a strong educational background in both health/medical physics and mechanical engineering. Charles completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Howard University between 1995 and 2000. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science in Health/Medical Physics at East Carolina University from 1999 to 2001.
In addition to their formal education, Charles Curle has also obtained additional certifications. In December 2006, they received the certification of Medical Physicist in Therapeutic Radiological Physics or Radiation Oncology from the American Board of Radiology. Moreover, in September 2021, they earned a certification in "Tips for Writing Business Emails" from LinkedIn.
Currently, Charles Curle is engaged in further professional development through InventRight, focusing on product development and licensing as part of their field of study.
