Andrew Mott

Andrew Mott is a seasoned aerospace professional with extensive experience in propulsion and engineering management. Since December 2021, Andrew has served as the Propulsion Leader at Radia, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the development of a groundbreaking propulsion system aimed at revolutionizing aviation and expanding access to low-cost wind energy. Previously, Andrew held various significant roles at Boeing from May 2005 to December 2021, culminating in the position of B-52 CERP Propulsion Engineering Integration and Systems Manager, overseeing a large team and managing critical engineering and technical activities. Additional roles included Test, Certification, & Service Readiness Engineering Manager, responsible for extensive test planning and budget management, as well as earlier positions focused on service-related challenges and design engineering. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Certificate in Composites Technology from Oregon Institute of Technology.
