Sergey Kutsaev

Sergey Kutsaev is a highly experienced RF Group Leader and Accelerator Scientist at RadiaBeam Technologies since December 2014, with expertise in project leadership and SBIR grant authoring, as well as the design and testing of industrial accelerators for diverse applications. Previously, Kutsaev served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Argonne National Laboratory, focusing on electromagnetic design for various types of accelerating cavities and multi-physics simulations. Earlier experience includes working as a Software Engineer at ScanTech Sciences, LLC, and as an RF Engineer at the Moscow Engineering-Physics Institute, where Kutsaev contributed to the development of imaging software, accelerating structures, and beam dynamics simulations. Kutsaev holds a Ph.D. in Engineering and a Specialist degree in Physical Engineering from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI.
