Carole Michalland Emir

Carole Michalland Emir has extensive experience in Human Resources, starting in 1993 at STMicroelectronics where they worked as an HR Manager until 2008. Carole then moved to Constellium R&D Center as an HR & Communication Director from 2008 to 2014. Following this, they took on the role of Outsourced HR Service - Independent activity at RHéO from 2015 to 2016. Carole then worked as an HR Services Manager at Centre Médical Rocheplane Fondation Audavie from 2017 to 2018 before assuming the position of Site & HR Director at Radiall in 2018.

Carole Michalland Emir completed a DUT in GEA option Geston du Personnel from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 in 1991, followed by a Master's degree in Finance & Human Resources from Aix-Marseille University in 1993. In 2015, they obtained a DU1 Médiateur from Institut catholique de Paris in the field of Mediation.
