David Hyde-Volpe

David Hyde-Volpe has worked at a variety of companies since 2013. David began their career as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Clemson University. In 2016, they became the Lead Programmer at poly want a pixel. In 2018, they moved to NorthState as the Technical Manager Corporate Information Security. In 2020, they started working at RedPill Security as the Company Owner, Layla Capital (Software) as the Senior Software Architect, and The Vizius Group as the Principal Engineer / CTO. In 2021, they added Ansuz Capital as the General Partner and Amber Group Limited as the Chief Security Architect. Finally, in 2022, they took on the roles of Chief Technology Officer at Hook Security Co. and Chief Information Officer at Radian Aerospace.

David Hyde-Volpe obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry from Clemson University between 2006 and 2010. David has also obtained three certifications from GIAC Certifications: GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) in July 2020, GIAC Security Essentials Certification (GSEC) in February 2020, and GIAC Continuous Monitoring Certification (GMON) in January 2019.
