Michelle Blau

Michelle Blau has extensive work experience in the field of auditing and consulting. Michelle currently holds the position of Vice President, Internal Audit at Radian, starting in July 2020. Prior to this role, they worked at The Siegfried Group as a Director from December 2016 to June 2020. Before that, Michelle worked at Baker Tilly (formerly ParenteBeard) as a Senior Manager from August 2007 to December 2016. Michelle'sresponsibilities included coordinating and supervising consulting engagements, business development, mentoring team members, and performing external audits, primarily in the insurance industry. Michelle was also involved in leadership development programs at the firm. Prior to Baker Tilly, Michelle worked at BDO Seidman, LLP as a Senior Accountant from April 2005 to June 2007, and at Asher & Company, Ltd. as a Staff Accountant from September 2003 to April 2005.

Michelle Blau received their Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Rowan University in 2003. In 2008, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, followed by their certification from the New York State in 2013. Michelle also earned the Chartered Global Management Accountant certification in 2014.
