Vishal Jain

Vishal Jain is the current Lead for Project Management at Radiance Renewables. Vishal has over ten years of experience in managing and executing technical projects. Prior to joining Radiance Renewables, they were with InSolare Energy Pvt. Ltd. for four years as AGM - Projects. Vishal was responsible for execution of roof top and land based SPV systems. This included designing, monitoring, execution and handing taking over the plant to the client.

Before InSolare Energy, Vishal Jain worked with Radiance Renewables Private Limited and Naval Projects. At Naval Projects, they were a staff officer responsible for planning and managing technical projects for augmentation of Technical Infrastructure at Naval Dockyard, Mumbai and at Karwar in Karnataka. Vishal has also conducted and co-ordinated internal and external test audits of the organisation as co-ordinator and ensured clearance of test audit observations in a time bound manner.

Vishal Jain has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Mumbai University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Pune.

Vishal Jain has a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University, a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from Naval College Of Engineering. INS Shivaji. Vishal also has a Class XII in Engineering Design from The Air Force School, Subroto Park, Delhi and is certified from the Naval Maritime Academy - India in STCW.

They work with Gaurav Srivastava - Financial Controller, Amit Kumar Mittal - Head of Operations, and Nitin Bhatia - Head, Corporate Finance. Their manager is Manikkan Sangameswaran, Executive Director & CEO.
