Sarah Graham

Sarah Graham is a customer relations professional at Radiant Health since May 2023. Sarah has been working as a home health aide at FORTE RESIDENTIAL, INC. and FORTE HOME HEALTH CARE, INC. since October 2017, providing care for two young adults. Sarah also works as a respite care provider, taking clients out into the community for engaging activities. With experience as a patient access representative at Marion Health and camp counselor at Bay Cliff Health Camp, Sarah has shown dedication to helping others. Sarah holds a Bachelor's degree in Health Science with a focus on Occupational Therapy/Therapist from Huntington University.
