Joli Hayes

Joli Hayes has extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Joli is currently serving as the Regional Director of Sales and Business Travel at Radiate Hospitality since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the General Manager at RED LION HOTELS FRANCHISING, INC. from 2018 to 2022. Joli also has experience as a Member of the Board of Directors at the Society of Government Meeting Professionals from 2017 to 2018. Joli has held positions such as Senior Sales Manager at Dolce Hayes Mansion from 2011 to 2017, Group Sales Manager at Hotel Nia from 2017 to 2018, and Assistant Manager of Outlets at Hyatt Grand Champions Resort, Villas & Spa from 2004 to 2005. Additionally, they have worked as a Task Force member at Wyndham Worldwide in 2017 and as a Travel Industry Sales Representative/Marketing Coordinator at Hyatt Grand Champions Resort & Spa from 2005 to 2008. Joli Hayes has demonstrated expertise in sales, management, and customer service throughout their career.

Joli Hayes, BASHA, began their education at Niagara College in 2005 where they earned a Hotel Restaurant Management Certification in the field of Hospitality. Joli went on to complete a Hotel Management Systems Post Graduate Certificate at Niagara College from 2007 to 2008. In 2008, they enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Hospitality Administration in 2009. Additionally, in 2012, Joli obtained a Certified Government Meeting Planner certification from the Society of Government Meeting Professionals.
