Aaron Dimmock

Aaron Dimmock and his wife, Kim, have been married for over 23 years and are blessed with the presence of four children in their lives – Camden, Kinsey, Amelia and Peyton. A retired Naval Officer and Aviator, Aaron has had the privilege of serving in various managerial and leadership positions for over 20 years.

Most notably, he had the opportunity to serve as the Navy Representative to the Senior Advisor to the Secretary of Defense for Military Professionalism at the Pentagon, the CEO of a Navy Recruiting District and as a mission commander and instructor pilot in multiple tours of duty. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Aaron is currently working toward his Ph.D. while studying how candor shapes and sustains group performance.

In addition to Radical Candor, his research interests include culture, trust, discernment, ethics, leadership, human behavior, conflict resolution, organizational performance and value creation.
