Alice Halley has a diverse range of work experience. Alice began their career as a 3D World Designer at Gloucestershire College, where they created a virtual 3D environment for a job interview simulation. Alice also worked as a Content Writer at Planet Destiny, producing articles and guides for a large readership. At Aardman Animations, Alice worked as a 3D Artist, creating props and characters for the video game "11:11 Memories Retold." Alice then joined MBD as a Creative Apprentice before taking on the role of Company Director at WROUGHT INTERACTIVE ltd. Currently, Alice is working at Radical Forge as a Technical Designer and Technical Artist, focusing on designing tools, creating fun technical art contraptions, and incorporating VFX into video game prototypes. Alice is dedicated to ensuring the content they produce is polished and enjoyable for players.

Alice Halley has a history of education that includes attending multiple institutions and earning degrees in the field of games design and development. In 2012, they attended Cirencester College, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during that time. From 2013 to 2014, they attended Swindon New College, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Games Design. Following this, they attended Gloucester College from 2014 to 2016, where they obtained another BTech degree, this time in Games Development. Lastly, from 2016 to 2020, Alice studied at Teesside University, where they earned a Master of Computer Science (MComp) degree specializing in Games Design.
