🔹Phil Foxton🔹

Phil Foxton has extensive work experience in the field of DevOps and operations. 🔹Phil is currently working at Radical Forge as the Head of Operations and has been in this role since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Interim Recruitment Lead Dude at the same company. Before joining Radical Forge, Phil worked as a Lead Development Operations Engineer at the company.

In 2021, Phil had a brief stint as a Platform Manager at Focusrite Audio Engineering Limited. 🔹Phil also had a short-term role at an undisclosed company.

In 2020, Phil worked as a Principal Platform Engineer at Tarabut Gateway. Prior to that, they served as a DevOps Chapter Lead at Lloyds Banking Group from 2019 to 2020.

From 2017 to 2019, Phil was a DevOps Principal at Atom Bank, where they played a key role in designing and building an automation pipeline for the RFI and RFP process. 🔹Phil also mentored and provided technical direction to a team of 25 individuals.

In 2016, Phil worked as a Dev-Ops Principal and Systems Engineer at Hermes, where they spearheaded the creation of a DevOps culture and implemented Agile methodology.

Prior to that, they were a Principal Systems Implementation Specialist at Hitachi Consulting (formerly Celerant Consulting). 🔹Phil mentored a team of eight and led a transformational project.

Phil's career began at Deloitte Digital in 2014, where they worked as a Linux Infrastructure and DevOps Specialist with Training Specialism. 🔹Phil played a crucial role in the roll-out of a new secure DVLA system and provided training in complex concepts.

In 2003, Phil Foxton attended the Redhat Training Centre in Guildford, where they pursued a degree in RHCE (RedHat Certified Engineer) with a focus on RedHat Linux.
