Rajat Khare

Rajat Khare has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Rajat started as a System Engineer at Siemens Information Systems Ltd and later worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Activ8 Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd. Rajat then transitioned to CGI, where they served as an Associate Consultant and later as a Lead Analyst. Following this, they joined Infosys as a Project Manager and later as a Senior Technical Manager. Rajat also worked at NITOR INFOTECH PRIVATE LIMITED as a Delivery Manager before moving to Saviant Consulting, where they held roles as Delivery Manager, Director - Delivery and Customer Success, and Vice President - Business Excellence and Operations. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Software Services at Radical Minds Technologies Pvt. Ltd., focusing on delivering cutting-edge solutions to customers. Throughout their career, Rajat has demonstrated expertise in integrating innovative technologies to address complex challenges, driving substantial revenue growth and steering organizations towards success in the digital landscape.

Rajat Khare completed a Bachelor of Engineering from Shivaji University in 1997. Rajat also obtained certifications in ISMC (Risk Management and Cyber Security Practices) from NUK 9 Auditors in May 2020, Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance D-A-CH e.V., and PMP® Certified Project Manager from Project Management Institute.
