Tiago Lima Rocha

Tiago Lima Rocha has a diverse work experience in software engineering and development. Tiago started their career at Alma Mater - Comunicação e Design, where they served as a Full Stack Developer. In this role, Tiago designed, built, and maintained websites for various clients in different industries.

After that, they joined AFFINITY Portugal as an IT Consultant. Tiago worked on multiple projects, collaborating with Radically Digital and assisting with the development of their company website. Tiago also contributed to the front-end development of Effortless Works, a client within the office renting space. Tiago utilized technologies such as Typescript, Node.js, Svelte, Tailwindcss, Python (Django), Postgres, AWS, and Git.

Tiago then moved on to work as a Software Engineering Consultant at Radically Digital. Tiago assisted the Digico team by designing and building a CMS solution for their system. Tiago also implemented a consumption layer for data and connected it to the front end of the application. Technologies involved in this role included React (Next.js) and Node.js.

Finally, Tiago took on a role as a Senior Software Engineering Consultant at Radically Digital. Tiago was deployed to the Elliptic team, where they contributed expertise in back end development. During their time there, Tiago played a key role in reshaping the entire product using a new graph visualization engine, improving CI/CD pipelines using CircleCI, enhancing monitoring metrics with Datadog, and building a RESTful API with TypeScript and AWS. React was among the technologies they worked with.

Tiago Lima Rocha received a Licentiate degree in Informatics and Computer Engineering from the Universidade do Porto, which they pursued from 2018 to 2022. Prior to that, they also earned another Licentiate degree in Psychology from the Universidade do Minho during the period of 2011 to 2014. Additionally, Tiago obtained the certification titled "Google Cloud Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure" from Grow with Google on Coursera in June 2023.
