Bhavya Shekhawat

Bhavya Shekhawat has a diverse work experience, starting with a role as a Summer Intern at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd in 2017. Bhavya then worked as a Consultant at Cadence Design Systems in 2018. After that, they joined Infosys in 2019, where they initially served as a System Engineer, working on .NET development and production engineering for a major banking client. Bhavya later advanced to the role of Senior System Engineer and played a crucial role in migrating a banking web application to RedHat's OpenShift platform. Bhavya worked on addressing customer complaints, achieving a 98% success rate, and improving overall customer satisfaction. In 2022, they joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a Student Success Coach, assisting students in optimizing their academic experience and managing communication and event planning for Success Services. Currently, they are working as a User Experience Designer at RadicalX, involved in designing innovative product projects such as the RadicalX Dev Metaverse and B2B SaaS platform using various design tools like Figma, Webflow, Miro, Maze, and UserTesting.

Bhavya Shekhawat completed a Bachelor of Technology degree in Information Technology at SRM University from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 2022 to 2024 and obtained a Master's degree in Information Studies with a specialization in Information Science/Studies. Additionally, Bhavya obtained a certification in Foundations of User Experience (UX) Design from Coursera in June 2023.
