Inês Prates

Inês Prates has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. In 2015, they worked as a Senior Recruiter & Account Manager at MGI Recruitment until 2017. Later that year, they became a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Voxpro until 2018. In 2018, they joined Smartbox Group as a Sales Recruiter. In 2019, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for University Programs at Amazon until 2021. Following that, in 2021, they became an Early Careers Recruiter for EMEA at Twitter until 2022. In 2022, they joined Citrix as the University Recruiting, EMEA Lead until November of the same year. In September 2022, they co-founded RadicalX and assumed the role of Co-Founder & COO. Additionally, in 2023, they began working at ESB as a Talent Campaigns Specialist, Early Careers.

Inês Prates completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from ISCAL-Lisbon Accounting and Business School from 2011 to 2014. Inês then pursued further education in Project Management at IBAT College Dublin in 2015. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute. In 2018, they achieved the status of Black Belt in Internet Recruitment from SocialTalent. In 2020, they earned a certification in Life Coaching from Achology. Currently, Inês Prates is pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the University of Wales Trinity Saint David, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
