Mike Alleva

Mike Alleva is an experienced operations executive with a strong background in the consumer products and medical device industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at U.S. Nonwovens Corp., Mike oversees the production of household goods and personal care products for major retailers, including Walmart and Johnson & Johnson. Previous roles include Vice President of Worldwide Operations at Medtronic and various leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson, where Mike was responsible for supply chain management and operations within diabetes care, vision care, and cardiovascular sectors. Mike's career began at 3M and includes significant contributions to operational excellence at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Honeywell. Mike holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University and an MBA in Marketing from Lehigh University College of Business.
