Sima Katchevich

Sima Katchevich has worked in various roles in different companies since 2009. Sima began their career at IEC - Israel Electric Corporation חברת החשמל לישראל בע\"מ as a Training Specialist and Team Manager from 2009 to 2014. Sima then moved on to be the Organizational Development & Learning Manager at SodaStream International, Ltd. from 2014 to 2020. In 2020, they became the Global Learning & Development Manager at Webpals Group. In 2021, they were appointed Global O&TD Director at Trax Retail. Currently, they are the VP People at Radiflow.

Sima Katchevich received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Communication, and Human Resources from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in 2006-2008. Sima then pursued an M.B.A in Organizational Behavior from the same university from 2012-2014.
