Amardeep Vidyarthi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search, client partnerships, and strategic leadership across various sectors in Kenya. Currently serving as Senior Client Partner at Career Connections, Amardeep leads the Executive Search and Board Services practice while nurturing client relationships for the firm's diverse solutions. In addition, Amardeep functions as an Executive and Family Business Coach at The Coaching Couple, guiding executives and entrepreneurs toward higher performance. Amardeep holds multiple non-executive director roles, including positions with Radio Africa Group and Chrome Partners Kenya. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Global Media and Communications from The London School of Economics and Political Science and an MA in Global Communications from the University of Southern California, alongside a BSc in Management from LSE.
