Birgitte Brix Bendtsen

Birgitte Brix Bendtsen serves as the Chief People Officer at European Energy since May 2025, where leadership encompasses talent acquisition, organizational development, DEI, and employee experience. Previously, Birgitte held the Chief People Officer role at Better Energy from February 2022 to April 2025, focusing on aligning HR strategies with sustainable energy initiatives, and an Executive Vice President of People role that emphasized leadership and employee engagement during a period of hypergrowth. At Kromann Reumert, from December 2015 to February 2022, Birgitte led people development initiatives and managed HR operations.
