Carter Boone

Carter Boone is an experienced professional currently serving as the Associate News Product Manager for Safety at Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty since April 2022. In this role, Carter focuses on enhancing digital security practices, addressing threats such as spyware and online harassment. Previously, Carter worked as a Digital Content Manager for War Archives at RFE/RL, managing the archiving of war-related content to support accurate reporting during the 2022 Ukraine crisis. Prior to joining RFE/RL, Carter served as a Student Assistant at Scarfone Hawkins LLP from May 2017 to May 2020 while pursuing a Bachelor's degree in History and Political Studies at Queen's University. Carter continued academic endeavors at the Aleksanteri Institute, University of Helsinki, earning a Master’s degree in Russian Studies from 2020 to 2022.
