Faissel Mouridi

Faissel Mouridi has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Faissel currently holds the position of Group Finance Director (CFO) at Radio Holland, where they are responsible for global finance, ICT, Legal, Master Data Management, and Supply Chain. Faissel has successfully rolled out ERP systems globally in 20 countries and established a financial shared service center in the Netherlands and a Master Data Team in Asia.

Prior to their current role, Mouridi served as the Finance Director for Europe at Radio Holland, a global NavCom, Connectivity, On Board ICT, and Service & Maintenance brand. Before joining Radio Holland, they worked as a Dynamics NAV Finance Consultant at Industry International, an international group of companies specializing in developing and implementing technological solutions for optimizing core business processes and assets.

Mouridi also has experience working at RH Marine Group, Imtech Marine, Noppies, AML BV, Holland Flowers BV, OZ Planten BV, and V2N Accountants & Adviseurs in various finance-related roles. Faissel'sexpertise includes ERP system integration, SAP implementation, financial accounting, and business advisory services.

Faissel Mouridi has a Bachelor's Degree in Financial accounting (SPD) from Hoogeschool Marcus Verbeek, which they completed from 1994 to 1998. In 2004, they also completed the Young Professional Programm - Management development from Business Spirals. Later, in 2012, they obtained a Post Bachelor degree in Controlling from Markus Verbeek Business Academy. Currently, they are pursuing a Master's Degree in Accounting and Finance from Staan Academy, starting in 2016.
