Jason Jones

Jason Jones has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jason started their career in 2005 as a Radio Operator in the US Marine Corps. In 2009, they joined 24 Hour Fitness as a Membership Manager, where they worked until 2014. Jason then moved to In-Shape Health Clubs, where they held various roles such as Operations Manager, General Manager, District Manager, and Area Manager between 2014 and 2021. During their time at In-Shape Health Clubs, they focused on increasing sales productivity, developing community relationships, and nurturing future leaders. In 2021, Jason joined Radio Systems Corporation as a Support Content Technical Administrator and later transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager Online Communications.

Jason Jones has a strong education background in computer and information technology networking and cyber defense. From 2022 to 2025, they attended Pellissippi State Community College, where they studied Computer/Information Technology Networking and Cyber Defense. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2005, Jason attended Lancaster High School. In addition to their formal education, Jason has obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including Introduction to Conversational AI, HTML Essential Training, Introduction to CSS, Networking Foundations: IP Addressing, Networking Foundations: Local Area Networks (LANs), Networking Foundations: Networking Basics, Networking Foundations: Protocols and CLI Tools, Networking Foundations: Wide Area Networks (WANs), and Python for Non-Programmers. Jason has also completed various courses and trainings on topics such as body language for leaders, building business relationships, having difficult conversations, strategic thinking, time management fundamentals, writing emails people want to read, coaching skills for leaders and managers, building resilience as a leader, creating positive conversations with challenging customers, customer service management, and manager as coach.
