Jacky Mathai

Jacky Mathai, MBA, CSPO, CSM, is an experienced project manager currently serving at the Radiological Society of North America since November 2022. Previously, Jacky held various roles at Littelfuse from 2016 to 2022, including Business Analyst and Product Owner - Scrum Master for the PIM system, where responsibilities included establishing a liaison for business user needs and supporting digital experience platform development. Prior experience encompasses roles as a Business Analyst at Canon Solutions America and as a co-owner of The Spice Tree, LLC, a micro catering company, alongside positions in customer service and revenue control management. Jacky holds an MBA in Marketing and a B.S. in Management from Wayne State University.
