Amy Mundell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Amy'smost recent position is as the Director of Program Management, Culture and Leadership Development at Radiology Partners since April 2022. Prior to this, they served in various leadership positions in the Air National Guard, including Commander of the 187th Medical Group and Deputy Commander of the 123rd Medical Group. Amy also held roles as the Inspector General of the 123rd Airlift Wing and Director of Operations for the 123rd Medical Group. Before joining Radiology Partners, Amy was the Vice President of Integrations/Senior Director of Continuous Process Improvement at American Orthopedic Partners, LLC from January 2021 to January 2022. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Process Consultant for Business Excellence at Passport Health Plan and as a Product Process Development Manager at Humana. Amy began their career in the United States Air Force, where they served as the Health & Wellness Center Practice Manager for the 22nd Medical Group.

Amy Mundell has a Master's degree from Webster University's School of Business and Technology, where they studied Management and Media Communications. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication from the University of Louisville. Amy also holds two Associate of Science degrees from the Community College of the Air Force, one in Health Services Management and the other in Public Affairs. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including a Continuous Process Improvement Black Belt Certificate from the United States Air Force, a Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from the National Guard Bureau, an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence from ASQ - World Headquarters, a Process Redesign certificate from Hammer and Company, a Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare Certificate from Villanova University, and certifications in Agile Hybrid Project Pro and Organizational Transformation from the Project Management Institute.
